Anyone who has been following the Heroes Graphic Novels knows about the new Hero Hana and her back story. Here is a screen cap from a rescent promo which is making its way around the web. During the promo the voice-over says "A new hero, hell-bent on revenge." I suppose that the beauty does resemble Stana Katic. Is that a symbol on her shoulder? |

Quote: ... Meanwhile ... the NBC party was fairly star lacking. Many members of the "Heroes" cast attended (thank goodness!), a few of the lesser actors from "The Office" and that trainer named Bob from "The Biggest Loser."
This party's particular superlatives:
Best catch for a geek like me: Tim Sales (comic book artist/ "Heroes" artist). He draws all the visionary art work you see on "Heroes." He also draws some tremendous stuff for DC Comics. His wife was wearing a T-shirt with an original piece of his art on it -- a striking pose of Catwoman! I was in Heaven.
Best conversation: Milo Ventimiglia ("Heroes"). You never know where fame will take someone, and I have known Milo way before "Heroes." With the popularity of the show, I was wondering where his head might be these days. Trust me. I have seen fame do very bad things to people who claim to be my friend ... just because I know where the bodies are buried. Milo has his feet on the ground just as he did when I met him. We had a nice long conversation in a bar, away from the party. It was good. I'm totally cool with him.
The only beef I have is that he will not give me spoilers on "Heroes"! I'm guessing he's going to be killed off this season. He doesn't deny or confirm. Just a hunch, but I'm guessing he's going to be worm food soon.
The cutest person in the room: Little Noah Gray-Cabey of "Heroes." During our interview, we had a photo made together (well, we were standing near a photo booth, and it was suggested to us that we have a photo made together.) He's such a cute kid! But he is very smart, which makes him way out of my league!
Best breakout star catch: Masi Oka ("Heroes"). The Hiro from "Heroes" is a bit calmer than the easily excitable character he plays, but he's still charming. I noticed he livened up more when a crowd formed around him. Yes, he's best in crowds.
Don't ask him to scrunch his face like Hiro does before he stops time or teleports. That's just annoying.

In an interview with Howard 100 news on Sirius satellite radio George Takei described his character as a "powerful industrialist .. a very rich man, one of the richest in the world ... very influential".
We first reported on Takei playing Hiro's father on November 11th at which time Masi Oka described Takei's character as "this big honcho who shows up in America with his bodyguard. He has this whole elaborate scheme to kidnap his son and take him back to Japan." |

Ok, so this could easily fit into the "spoilers" category, but I think most everyone .. even those opposed to spoilers would love to hear this news.
Geroge Takei, known to trekies around the globe as Captain Sulu will be joining the cast of Heroes playing the part of Hiro Nakamura's father.
"This is absolutely brilliant," said Masi Oka (Hiro) when talking to TV Guide. "Hiros father is this big honcho who shows up in America with his bodyguard. He has this whole elaborate scheme to kidnap his son and take him back to Japan." |
