So Sylar is back. So many people were excited. And hey I am happy for them. I am waiting for next week to see The Tin Man, The Scare Crow, and the Lion or is it Dorthory follow the Nissan Rogue to see the Mohinder, the wonderful Mohinder of Heroes. But I will save the rest of that for next week.
OMG it looks so good...but that is next week. Focus on this week. Pretend you didn't watch the clips you should have not watch. (And don't worry peeps it was only about 5 minutes of stuff it wasn't like the mess I got myself into in .07%! LOL |

TV Guide sat down with Zachary Quinto to discuss the upcoming Star Trek movie and of course, 'Heroes'
Quote: TV Guide: In a wild twist on Heroes, your serial-killer character, Sylar, has lost his powers. Will this help humanize the monster? Quinto: Not really. Sylar's plans for ultimate power have been derailed, but that doesn't give us a chance to know him better. If anything, he's the same guy but even more driven and obsessed and in a place of absolute hunger: "I want my power back! No time to waste!" During this struggle, he'll align himself with the twins
TV Guide: Is it true you were ready to drop out of showbiz when Heroes came along? Quinto: I was in the depths of despair to the point where I couldn't get out of bed. I was about to turn 30, which is a notoriously tumultuous time for people, and I was dealing with career obstacles that were profound — a real existential crisis. I was asking myself, "What's the point of all this? Why am I even in the game anymore?"
TV Guide: Some Trek loyalists are already griping online that the film, about Starfleet Academy, is starting to look like Star Trek, 90210. Response? Quinto: I don't immerse myself in the Internet chatter because it opens you up to a whole source of danger. I think Zoe Saldana [young Uhura] and Anton Yelchin [young Chekov] are formidable young actors, and I'm grateful to be among them. The film is being made with the longtime fans in mind, but it will also be of its own time and have a distinct voice and perspective. There's no better way to respect the Trek mythology than to try to bring it to a wider audience.

Wandering Rocks Pub, Cork, Ireland: Ricky explains the heist to Peter while Caitlin, Will and Tuko(?) listen in. They're going after the receipts from a football game that will be in an armored car. Pete's to take out the guards while Ricky's men get the cash. After that, he can have his box. Peter hears Will's voice: Will's going to kill them and take the cash for himself. Peter, not realizing that only he can hear Will's thoughts, calls Will on it. Ricky, Will and Tuko slam Peter against the bar, furious that Peter, who doesn't even know who he is, would slander a long-time member of their crew. Ricky shows Peter a tattoo. They're family. Peter's nothing.
Somewhere in Mexico: Maya and Alejandro are only a few days from the border. Maya, upset by all that she's done, has not eaten or slept. Her feet are blistered. Alejandro wants to stop for a while, to heal and eat. Maya refuses. Alejandro has sworn to help her, so he picks out a car on the street and tries to break in. The noise of his shattering a window draws a lone policeman, who chases them down an alley. At the end of the alley, Alejandro pushes Maya over a fence, but cannot climb over himself before he's caught. Maya watches from behind a van as her brother is taken away.

West: "You're indestructible. You can skydive without a parachute." Claire: "You could skydive without a plane."
Cork, Ireland: Lots of Peter with his shirt off again, probably because he's so buff now. He's certainly won Caitlin over. Who could resist a kind superhero who looks like Milo Ventimiglia?
I thought Peter using his powers for armed robbery was a lot of fun, and he continued to be Peter by keeping people from getting hurt. I especially liked the truck sliding into place, and the Darth Vader chokehold. The celtic family crest tatt dissolving into the Godsend sign and then disappearing was unexpected and fun. (I wonder if Jessica originally had another tatt?) And I loved the way the bullet just popped out of Peter's finely honed chest.

Quote: Only "Heroes" seemed to pull in similar audiences to its previous week on the network, picking up a 6.4 rating/9 share Monday, according to Fast National Ratings from Nielsen Media Research. That would be a slight uptick of a 0.1 rating based on estimated numbers from the previous week.
That forced "Heroes" to be well behind "Dancing With the Stars" and "The Bachelor" on ABC, which had a combined 10.9/16 for the 9 p.m. hour, while CBS earned an 8.1/12 and 6.8/10 respectively for its two comedies. "Heroes" did finish well ahead of possibly soon-to-be-canceled "K-Ville" as well as whatever The CW was airing.
It might be possible that NBC is not getting a good lead-in to "Heroes." "Chuck" drew only a 4.5/7, down about a half-rating point from last week's 5.1/8, according to Zap2it. While it was able to beat "Prison Break" on Fox in terms of households, the latter show had more viewers overall. Even then, "Chuck" still finished behind "Dancing" and a pair of comedies on CBS.
