The next episode of Heroes is sure to be a doozy. If you think it was difficult to keep up with the time traveling that has happened in past episode, then your brain is going to have to go into over drive. Check out these clips from "Five Years Gone" to get it warmed up.

Ando meets up with future Hiro and we learn something terrible about Ando's fate.

Future Hiro and future H.R.G. meet with present Ando.

Part of this clip was shown in the promo clip at the end of last week's episode. It shows what happens when Hiro and Ando run into Future Hiro.
