One of the most common questions we get from visitors to the site is "what is the name of the song I just heard on Heroes and where can I get it?"

Finally, we have a good answer! The official 'Heroes' soundtrack will be released on March 18th! It will be available exclusively at Best Buy and for download via various online distributors.

Quote:

The album's executive producer, Errol Kolosine, stated, "For a long time music and comic dork like myself, this project has been a dream come true. The team behind Heroes had a commitment to making this soundtrack as unique and inspiring as the show itself, which is how we managed this stellar selection of musical heroes. It was also exciting to make the album direct with NBC, without the intrusion of any label or other entity that might have challenged the integrity of the project."

Now that is confuzzlin'... I posted this thread in the buddytv forum when the thread for the article wasn't around. Is it a deal where they post articles first, and whenever they link a thread to it, it automatically gets the article's post time? 'Cuz now, obviously, the article thread exists, and my thread looks like a double post.

Anyway, I also posted the info here.

I'm surprised it doesn't have Eyes by Rogue Wave. That seems to be the most asked about song so far.

I'm almost certain the thread I made at buddytv was first, if a lower number in the thread id correlates to an earlier submission - so I don't think I was seein' things. However, if their thread gets the earlier post time from the article, plus the exposure, I guess it doesn't really matter...
