Christmas came early today when the UPS man dropped of a special delivery from Topps Trading Cards. We got our grubby little paws on a box of brand spankin' new 'Heroes' trading cards.

The 'Heroes' trading cards come 7 cards per pack. Some packs contain special inserts including authentic autographs, artist sketches and memorabilia cards. Odds per pack of finding a special insert card: autograph cards 1:135, sketch cards 1:86 and memorabilia cards 1:44.

We were lucky enough to score a special memorabilia insert card. "Hiro Nakamura Authentic worn costume". This card is about 5 times as thick as the normal cards and has a piece of fabric from Hiro's actual costume embedded in it. The back reads, "Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of an authentic piece of costume worn on the hit NBC series Heroes!

Aside from the special inserts, there are 90 regular cards and 10 foil cards.

Any fan of 'Heroes' is sure to enjoy and appreciate these 'Heroes' trading cards. And who knows, if you are luck you might end up with Milo's autograph!

Get your box of 24 packs today! Also available in comic shops and trading card hobby stores.

Keep your eyes peeled over the next week or so as we will be giving away a box or two as well as some special uncut sheets of 'Heroes' trading cards from Topps!

How much is each pack? The whole set of 90 cards is really cheap on Ebay. $7.95 plus $4.28 shipping

Cluthc maybe people buy a ton of packs to get the special inserts so they have a lot of duplicates and sell them as a set of 90

Yes, I know that is how they are able to sell a complete set, but I was just wanting to know the price per pack.

$2.99 per pack? They sure do know how to get our money, but of course I haven't bought trading cards in a long time so I guess that is the standard price these days.

Wow it has been a while since I have bought trading cards. I think it was back when I was into Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I have some of the movie cards.

 Re: 'Heroes' Trading Cards
I posted about these in the regular forum.
(edit: bumped my t/c thread with similar comment to below)

I asked my Comic Shop Guy about these when they were released from Diamond the other week, and when I finally got in to pick up my comics last night, he had just taken it as a price inquiry! AARRGGHHH!!

Someone else had ordered a box, and his price was $70, but my discount may have applied so it would have been cheaper for me IF he had another box! He did check Diamond's site, but they're sold out, for now. (but if the other guy doesn't get his box and 4400 cards bax, they're all mine!!)

*(and NO, he does NOT look like CSG on Simpsons, more like a 29yo Eric Stoltz, only with redder hair, fu-stache...and a kilt.)
