Los Angeles – Actor James Kyson Lee, whose portrayal of beloved Ando Masahashi is seen every Monday on the NBC television phenomenon HEROES, will appear at Pacific Media Expo (PMX) this weekend for one day only: Sunday, Nov. 11. Lee will greet fans with a rare, intimate two-hour panel and autograph session.

"I am very excited to be attending the 2007 Pacific Media Expo. It's a great way to come together and celebrate our art, creativity, culture and community,” said Lee. “We're going to have a great time - bring your best cosplays!"

Born in South Korea, Lee was raised in New York. After relocating to Los Angeles on a one-way ticket, he honed his skills in musical theater and improvisational comedy. When his first television audition earned him a role on J.A.G., Lee went on to guest star on LAS VEGAS, THE WEST WING, THREAT MATRIX, HEIST and ALL ABOUT THE ANDERSONS.

“I'm really looking forward to seeing James at our event this year. We're always looking for Asian American success stories in the entertainment industry. I remember when James was a young comedian and now he's an international television star,” said Mike Tatsugawa, PMX Convention Chair.

Lee debuted on HEROES with a recurring role in 2006. In its first year, the show became NBC’s highest-rated program in five years and recorded the highest ratings in the advertiser-coveted 18-24 age demographic. Lee was promoted to full cast member for the second season, which airs Monday nights on NBC.

“It's a great testimonial to his character that he's returning to his roots to encourage other young artists to follow in his footsteps,” said Tatsugawa.

Online registration and a full schedule of events are currently available on www.PacificMediaExpo.com. Infamous television website icon SpoilerFix will team with PMX to award free passes and front-row access to James Kyson Lee. For more information, please visit www.SpoilerFix.com.
