CraigB over at 9thwonders posted a thread detailing a press junket interview with Adrian Pasdar and Milo Ventimiglia. Here are the extracted juicy bits.

• Nathan Petrelli's wife will be introduced in the November 6th (next Monday) episode


• Nathan feels guilty about an accident(s) including one that explains why his wife is in a wheel chair


• Someone will find out about Nathan's ability and be 'silenced' to protect the campaign


• An intimate relationship between Claire (the cheerleader) and Peter is not going to happen any time soon. At least not until she is of legal age

We have also learned (from other sources) that Jayma Mays plays the waitress whom Hiro meets. You can see screen caps of the scene in the media section. The actress who also appeared in the pilot of Studio 60 will be in episode 8 - "Seven Minutes to Midnight".
